This world is full of irony. There are many things which happen very strangely which make things very difficult to comprehend. When there is no logic or reasons to explain for the cause of the event, it is natural for the person to jump to conclusions and presume the reasons. This is the time when our imagination jumps in. The reason is that our imagination is so versatile and can transcend beyond boundaries. Our imagination can lead us to think of so many things which do not exist in life or which is impossible to occur in our lives. The images of our imagination makes us feel the sense of wonderment and be in awe of how our wonders that our imagination creates. For me, I have imagined myself as a supermodel strutting down the runway, imagined being in a graveyard at night where there isn’t a single soul in sight and a witch appeared and wanted to kill me( this was the nightmare which haunted me so very often during my childhood days). This really helps us to spice up our life as if our lives were just so plain and logical, then wouldn’t it be so boring and uninspiring? Sometimes our imagination can affect us in the negative way as well. Often, there are people who have emotional problems and in turn, it affects their thinking and they begin to imagine negative things and when it reaches a stage whereby they can’t differentiate between real life and their imagination, they will start to carry out actions of their imaginations. That is what leads people to committing to suicide, etc. Thus we ought to realize the powers our imagination beholds.
